The home is located down a quiet, private road on a peninsula with water on both sides. Plenty of parking for your large group.

PLEASE NOTE: No pets are permitted at this location. Our child has severe, anaphylactic allergies to dogs and cats, so we cannot make any exceptions.

To protect both our guests and our home, we use a professional property management system (OwnerRez).

- Guests are required to electronically sign a rental agreement

- A refundable $500 security deposit is required

- Deposit is held and released after checkout, provided there is no damage

- Full details are provided immediately after booking.

- This is a pet-free, allergy-friendly home

- Service animals are welcome, in accordance with Airbnb policy

- Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals under Airbnb guidelines
