📄 Rental Agreement & Security Deposit
This home is professionally managed. Guests are required to electronically sign a rental agreement. A refundable $250 security deposit is required and is held and released after checkout, provided there is no damage.

All payments are handled securely, and full details are provided immediately after booking.

🐾 Animals & Assistance Animals
This is a pet-free, allergy-friendly home. Service animals are welcome in accordance with platform policy. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals.

Service animals must remain under handler control at all times and may not be left unattended. Unauthorized animals may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
